Boarding Scholarships

 

 

The ICPA Boarding Scholarship is a means tested award providing part remission of boarding fees and is available for entry at any year level.  The Student must be enrolled as a full time or weekly boarder.  The award is provided as a percentage discount applied to the boarding fees (excluding meals) per term. 

 

The ICPA (Isolated Children and Parents Association) Boarding Scholarship is provided to a student from an isolated area whose parents are members of the ICPA (Isolated Children and Parents Association). The scholarship is tenable for the duration of the applicant’s secondary education as long as they continue to meet the selection criteria. It is available to Secondary Girls and Secondary Boys. The Gloria Thew Boarding Award is a means tested award providing part remission of boarding fees and is available for entry at any year level.   The student must be enrolled as a full time or weekly boarder in Secondary Girls or Boys.  The award is provided as a percentage discount applied to the boarding fees (excluding meals) per term. 

 

The Award is provided for rural families requesting discounted boarding costs to assist with providing a Christian education to their child.  The successful applicant will be required to provide a character reference from their local church minister.  The scholarship is tenable for the duration of the applicant's secondary education as long as they meet the selection criteria.

The Indigenous Boarding Scholarship is a means tested  award providing part remission of boarding fees and is available for entry at any year level. The student must be enrolled as a full-time or weekly boarder. The award is provided as a percentage discount applied to the boarding fees (excluding meals) per term. It is available to Secondary Girls and Secondary Boys. The award is provided for Indigenous boarding students to help families with the cost of boarding and to aid them in acquiring assistance that may otherwise not be available to them. The successful applicant will be required to provide a character reference from an elder in their community. The scholarship is tenable for the duration of the applicant's secondary education as long as they continue to meet the selection criteria.
