Calrossy recognises that students must develop confidence in themselves in the public domain. During one period each week students elect performance based programs in public speaking, debating, Tournament of the Mind, choir, the annual school drama production, Duke of Edinburgh awards, Stock (cattle sheep and pigs) Appraisal, Physical Fitness, Elite Sport, coaching and umpiring in hockey, netball, or touch football and First Aid.
