At Calrossy we recognise that each student is unique. We endeavour to create an environment that celebrates diversity and nurtures individuals through:

* a shared team approach to education that brings together students, parents, staff and the local community

* recognition of effort, progress and personal success through an award system, assembly presentations and Newsbitz items

* a system of discipline based on mutual respect

* a strong Peer Support program

* a Contact system where individual staff members mentor a small group of students. They meet on a daily basis

* opportunities for students to develop leadership skills through our House system and Students' Representative Council.
